Come join us for the first annual BikeNFly where you will enjoy a day of riding and flying in the beautiful Berkshire mountains. Start the day with your choice of a 20 or 50 mile ride over the rolling hills of the Berkshires. When you finish the ride you will be cheered and welcomed to the 3rd annual Great Barrington Fly-In where there is fun for the whole family.
Your ride will support local high school students with their dreams of higher education. Over the past 29 years The Great Barrington Rotary has awarded $680,000 in scholarships. With your help, our 30th year will be the most successful yet. Where will their education take them? The possibilities start with your support.
The Great Barrington Fly-IN Includes:
Photos of the 2011 & 2012 Fly-In
- New and old Planes (Flying over the course and on display)
- Hot Air Balloon rides (weather permitting)
- Car Show (By Old Yankee Street Rods)
- Remote controlled plane demenstrations
- Vendors of all kinds
- Raffle for flight lessons
- Raffle for $1,000 in scratch tickets
- Biplane and J-3 cub rides
- Helicopter rides (new this year)

Ride in the morning and have your friends and family meet you for an afternoon of fun and activities. This event is for all ages and proceeds will benefit The Great Barrington Rotary's scholarship fund and community projects. The rides will begin and end at the Great Barrington Airport on August 17 at 9:00 AM. You must check in prior to the ride to pick up your bib number at one of two locations.
Berkshire Bike And Board on August 16th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM or at the Great Barrington Airport on August 17th from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
